Working closely with our client who is a developer, we designed and installed all the electrical systems within 20 new apartments.
Situated across two floors of an 8 storey building in a busy town centre, it was a large project that came with its own challenges due to the dual purpose of the building. Our team had to be mindful of the other users of the building throughout the project, while simultaneously adhering to all relevant H&S legislation at all times.
Emergency lighting and all communal systems were also installed as part of this project.
The 20 apartments are now fully let, with a further 8 apartments now in the planning phase to be rolled out 3rd quarter 2023.
